Welcome to the WanderWest FAQ page. If you’re new here we’re a UK country & western-inspired clothing brand built for everyday wear, big skies, Nashville nights, and countryside days. Here’s everything you need to know before ordering.
ORDERS, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
📦 How long does delivery take?
Most WanderWest items are made to order.
- Handling time: 5 business days
- Shipping time: approx 3 days within the UK
This helps reduce waste, ensure better quality, and keeps our stock intentional.
🚚 Where are your products printed or fulfilled?
We work with trusted fulfilment partners, which means:
- Some items are printed in the UK
- Some items are printed internationally, depending on availability and product type
This allows us to keep quality high and stock consistent without long delays.
📍 Do international fulfilment items take longer?
Delivery times remain similar:
- Production: 5 days
- Shipping: usually 3–5 days
You’ll receive tracking either way.
🚚 Do you offer express or next-day delivery?
Not at the moment due to the made-to-order process.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & ORDER ISSUES
❌ Do you accept returns?
Because your items are made to order, we do not accept standard returns.
🔁 What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will exchange it free of charge.

- Photos of the issue
- Your name
We’ll sort it straight away.
🪶 Can I exchange for a different size?
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Please check sizing notes on each product before ordering.

hoodies, sweatshirts and tees are designed with a comfortable unisex fit.
🧼 How should I wash my WanderWest apparel?
- Wash inside out
- Cold/low-temperature wash
- Avoid harsh detergents
- Air dry if possible
This helps keep prints sharp and garments fresh.
