📦 How long does delivery take?

Most WanderWest clothing items are made to order.

  • Handling time: Up to 5 business days

  • Shipping time: Around 3 business days within the UK

This made-to-order process helps reduce waste, maintain quality, and keep our country & western apparel intentional and sustainable.

🚚 Where are your products printed or fulfilled?

We work with trusted fulfilment partners to ensure consistent quality across our UK country clothing brand.

  • Some items are printed and fulfilled in the UK

  • Some items are printed internationally, depending on product availability

This allows us to deliver high-quality western-inspired clothing without long delays.

📍 Do internationally fulfilled items take longer?

Delivery times remain similar:

  • Production: Up to 5 business days

  • Shipping: Usually 3–5 business days

You’ll receive full tracking details once your order is dispatched.

🚚 Do you offer express or next-day delivery?

At this time, we don’t offer express shipping due to our made-to-order production process.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & ORDER ISSUES

❌ Do you accept returns?

As all WanderWest apparel is made to order, we do not accept standard returns.

🔁 What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll replace it free of charge.

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Your name

We’ll get it sorted quickly.

We only offer exchanges for damaged or defective items.
